Payment

We accept paypal or cheque/postal order, goods will be dispatched when funds have cleared.  Please pay within 7 days.  If you would like to pay via another method please contact us first.

Delivery

We take pride in processing your order as quickly as possible and endeavour to despatch on the same day (weekdays) if before 1pm, otherwise next day.  All UK orders are sent first class post, Overseas packets are sent airmail which usually takes 3 - 5 working days.

Our postage & packaging charges are fixed, order as much as you like and pay

Returns

Customer satisifaction is important to us, we want you to be 100% satisfied when you shop with False but Fabulous.  You may return goods within 7 days for whatever reason but due to the nature of the products we cannot accept items that have been used.  Therefore please make sure they are suitable for your needs before opening the packaging.

Refunds (excluding postage) will be issued on receipt of returned goods.
